Dr. Nicole Broadhurst - our Preconception/Conception Guide
Nicole Broadhurst is a Mother, Doctor of Chinese Medicine, and Co-founder of The Holistic Fertility Group. For over a decade, she has walked alongside hundreds of couples on their journey to grow their families.
Her gift lies in seeing the bigger picture—holding the vision when others cannot, and creating the structures that make possibility real. Through both her professional work and personal fertility journey, Nicole has learned how to navigate the challenges, soften into leadership, and alchemize new beginnings when old paths fall away.
She is devoted to helping women and couples reclaim their power to co-create—not only a child, but the life and relationships that become the true soil for growth.
Her offering for us:
Beyond the Pendulum: Alchemizing a Woman’s True Power from the Inside Out
Across generations, women have been told how to be: the perfect homemaker, the tireless achiever, the embodiment of softness. Each script shifts with the times, but all share a common thread—they pull us toward the polarizing ends of a pendulum. One extreme or the other. Submission or domination. Striving or surrender.
But our true power does not live in the extremes. It lives in our ability to alchemize—to hold contradictions, transform them, and create something entirely new. It lives in our ability to respond rather than react, to create from within rather than follow an imposed blueprint.
In this talk, I will explore what that actually means in the context of womanhood and creation. Together, we’ll move beyond inherited prescriptions and uncover how power expresses itself uniquely in each of us. There will be opportunities for reflection and a simple embodied practice to help you begin sensing what it looks like for you to create—not as culture defines it, but as only you can embody it.
You will leave with a deeper understanding of what it means to live and create from your own centre, carrying this wisdom into conception, motherhood, and every act of becoming.
Sasha Marie - our Pregnancy Guide
Sasha’s path into natural wellness truly began in 2016, after the birth of her first son, a profound experience marked by intense birth trauma. It opened the door to a deep exploration of bodily autonomy, gentle healing, and the power of natural medicines. Since then, she’s embraced the powerful wisdom of plant medicine and homeopathy as a vital part of restoring balance and harmony in the body, mind, and spirit.
She feels that homeopathy is nature’s subtle yet profound language, & that every remedy is an invitation to listen closely & tap into the body’s own ability to heal. She believes that for every imbalance, there is a tailored remedy designed to support your unique wellness journey. Birth holds a sacred place in her heart as a natural, intuitive, feminine experience that thrives when honoured and trusted. She believes that empowering mothers to follow their instincts leads to the best outcomes for both parent & child.
Her Offering for us:
Pregnancy as a Rite of Passage - Physiology, Energetics & Support
In this session, she will be sharing how she views pregnancy as both a physiological transformation and a sacred rite of passage. She’ll touch on the hormones that shape the pregnant body, holistic supports from plants and homeopathy, and simple tools for easing common discomforts. She’ll also guide a reflection on the energetics of the womb and the wisdom pregnancy awakens, so you leave with both practical insights and soulful practices to carry into your own journey, or to the women you serve.
Paris Simpson - our Birth Guide
Paris is a wife to her beloved soul mate, Neil, & a mother to her two wild & beautiful daughters. Together they live in the northern boreal forest of Alberta as they spend their days tending to their land, animals, gardens, & bee keeping.
As a Womb Continuum Practitioner, Traditional Birth Keeper, & Feminine Physiological rooted HTMA Practitioner, Paris’ heart is fiercely devoted to tending to & journeying with women as they rewild into the remembrance of their innate design.
Her Offering for us:
Journeying the Spiral Seasons Of The Womb: Bridging Cyclical Harmony & Embodied Birth
In this conversation, we will sit with how the seasons of our menstrual cycle is meant to prepare, initiate & invite women into their rite of embodiment through the unfolding of birth.
Our menstrual cycle holds deep wisdom that is meant to inform & imprint our way of relating to labour & birth. The wisdom of the womb weaves the sacred spiral of connection between every thread of our feminine path-from maiden to mother, from bleeding to birthing.
Connecting ourselves to our womb, cervix & inner seasons establishes a foundation of rooted feminine wisdom as we cross into the threshold of motherhood through the spiral like unfolding of the birth portal.
Angela Dechaine - our Postpartum Guide
Angela is a Mother, INNATE Postpartum Care Certified Practitioner, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Certified BCTA Teacher.
She works with humans in a holistic way that honours the animated, living body and it's biological need for connection, attunement and touch.
She whole-heartedly trusts the Intelligence within the body to lead the therapeutic process; she is devoted to healing that comes from within, not from an outside source.
Her Offering for us:
Mothering the Bones, a radically holistic practice of tending a woman’s pelvis.
The practice of mothering the bones involves holding a woman’s pelvis bones, woman to woman, with attuned awareness, skilled touch and nervous system tracking.
Holding each other's bones is elemental, foundational and intimate.
Bones are the last of “us” to decompose. Bones are dense, and also membranous and fluid Bones are echo locators- master orienters. We can find ourselves in space through our bones.
Being located is deeply grounding, settling.
Whether receiving, giving or witnessing this practice, everyone in the room has the sense that women used to do this for each other. That the mothering the bones practice is old and sacred, and it's simple and it's ours.
Sharing this practice is about a remembering. Re-member is to put back together, to return to wholeness. It’s about a return to wholeness for the body being held, and a return to wholeness collectively as humans, because healing together is our design and we already know how.
Angela will also be offering private 1:1 Mothering the Bones sessions at our venue, Wollfhouse, the Friday evening before the event and the Sunday afterwards. Contact information to book is on her website www.wellspringcranio.com
